Friends Helps Fund SmartBurner Pilot Project
Friends recently helped fund a pilot project initiated by Chief Stephen Hrustich of Gwinnett Fire and Emergency Services where SmartBurners were installed on all stoves in the facility as a fire prevention and safety measure at Gwinnett Christian Terrace, a senior living community in Lilburn. Photo represents some of the key players in the project including Dana Chandler of Gwinnett Christian Terrace and Earl Diment, representative from Pioneering Technology who supplied the devices. The devices utilize an Intelligent Cooking System that electronically controls energy to burners helping to prevent fires and save energy using Pioneering’s patented Temperature Limiting Control (“TLC”).
